I have several nutrition and fitness packages available, and all come with unlimited messaging support, food log review, and use of the full suite of tools available in the Practice Better client app. Many clients choose to start with the initial consultation and then proceed with one of my weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly follow-up subscription plans. For those that prefer to make a longer commitment up front, I do offer a discount on my package bundles.

While I don’t currently accept insurance, I have many clients that use their flex- or health-spending accounts to pay for my services. I accept all credit cards, checks, and cash.

I don’t believe in avoiding your favorite foods simply because they may not be considered ‘healthy.’ You must learn to co-exist with all foods and I can teach you how to incorporate the foods you love into a healthy plan.
