1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth.
- Mix in garlic, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency.
